I asked one of the people at my local Apple Store exactly this question and suggested $ 400. She said not that big a discount. So I suggested $ 450 and she nodded. She thought the iPad3 would be about the same price as the current iPad2, which is hard to believe.
They will most likely sell for $ 100 less than their iPad 3 counterparts. That’s what happened with the iPad and the iPad 2.
