i need help on transferring numbers onto my new phone but im have trouble. they are samsung intensity it just that i dropped it into a bucket of tar….HELP ME PLZ!

In Verizon Wireless land, I use Backup Assistant. It lets me transfer the directory to any phone.
The other way is to take both units to your cell provider and see if they can’t do it on the bench.
Check with your cell provider.
