Windows Vista has a lot of compatibility issues with older programs so you may not be able to use it ;however, you can try running it in compatibility mode with either windows xp or 2000 under the properties. Or you can go to the motorola website and find your phone and see it they have any newer software and drivers.

it should still work, i came across the same problem, when u install the cd onto ur pc, u shud be able to update the software for the prgramme, either way it should still wor when u hook ur phone up, just go to my computer and u should see your phone there or the name of it.
