I installed everything, and now i connected my motorola razr to the usb port, and it shows that is connected. It shows a picture of a cellphone, and on the screen it says “initializing.” Supposively, the cell phone is supposed to be a razr, but it keeps saying “intializing” and i think that something is wrong. any body familiar with “motorola phone tools?” and know what i\’m talking about and a solution????

I have a SLVR L7 and I also faced the same problems……. Actually, there is no problem with the software…….. The prob. lies with the Installation…….. Reinstall it and it shall work fine…… I tried it and it worked………..
