if you want free software check out www.motox.info or www.hacktherazr.com. Motorola phone tools is not on their lists, motorola charges about $ 50 for that program. Some of the software at those sites can do as much as the motorola version

No it’s not free, you need a USB cable that connects between your phone, & the usb port on your computer, & they don’t give those away.
They have numerous versions, so make sure you order the version that is compatable to your phone.
