Ok so my phone is a motorola V3xx. I can\’t seem to get the phone tools to work, I have the phone tools program on my computer but every time I click on it the “phone setup wizard” comes up asking me how I am going to connect my phone to my computer (USB, Bluetooth or Infrared).
I choose USB then plug my phone in and it installs, but then as soon as it finishes a message comes up saying ” Motorola phone tools will not function correctly without a phone installed. Would you like to install one?”
If I click yes or just leave it the phone setup wizard thing comes up again. How do i get my phone up onto the computer and be able to access motorola media studio.
