Phone Questions
My battery shows a full charge. It used to be that when this happened I could turn the phone off and then when I turned the phone back on, it would show “Cingular” on the display and have service, but this isn\’t working anymore. Anything I should try before I have to go to the AT&T store? Thanks for your responses.

Do other Cingular phones still work properly there? There is a way of having some phones reset themselves to work with different towers, but mine doesn\’t have that feature and is not Cingular. Check your manual to see about that.

Ok first turn the phone off and take out the sim card for 5 mins this should fix it the exact same thing happend to my friend.
