Hey ALEX S,
I am not an expert with this stuff but you can transfer music from your pc to the phone. I know it can be done but I am unsure how. I would go to an electronic store and ask one of the reps, they are usually pretty knowledgeable . The TV is where you get stuck. You have to pay for their service; there is no way around it.
