ZiPhone doesn’t seem to work, and the creator abandoned this program years ago, so there’a no recent programs to download.
I have an iPhone 4, but just need the IMEI changing utility.

Hey ,
NO, it is illigal to change, but even if it was not, not possible only theory. Baseband and cpu chips has to be replaced to restore original IMEI, so that means some very skilfull soldering skills required, plus programming. so forget about it
