It was working fine. then it said beta expired, please upgrade. application will close and it stopped working i really really appreciate it if someone could help thanks

Make sure you downloaded vwallpaper 2 from the repo: i.danstaface.net/deb/ and not from insanelyi or any other source. Just go back into cydia and go to changes to see if vwallpaper needs to be updated. If it does just update and it should work.
If you cant see it in changes then uninstall and reinstall, but make sure you download vwallpaper from the actual source danstaface instead of another repository.
