How Do I Watch iPhone 4s Videos?

I have been having a problem with my iPhone 4s lately. I can’t watch any video on my iPhone. YouTube app crashes and closes down whenever I open a video. And the videos I record with the inbuilt cam plays audio only with no visuals. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
