How Do I Sync Music on My iPhone 4 Without Syncing All My Contacts, Notes, Etc. to/from My Mac?

I’m trying to sync music to my iPhone 4 but everytime I sync all my contacts from my Mac sync as well, deleting some contacts in my phone. My notes also sync to my e-mail, calenders sync etc. Please help me so that I am only syncing my music, nothing else!

Hey ,
After your connected your iPhone to your mac your iPhone appears in iTunes.
Click on it.
Then you click on Infos and uncheck the boxes for the things you don’t want to sync..

You can add the music file to iPhone on Mac without iTunes.
stop the automatically syncing.
So u need the iPhone transfer program rather than iTunes
