Phone Questions
My step daughters phone wont scroll down, it’s hart to even get to the main menu, you have to hold the slide bar for like 2 mins. It won’t go to the general part. Idk what to do. We can’t and don’t want to get her a new one. Is there another way? She has had the phone since October 11
I mean reboot it.

press home+power key… hold until you see apple logo… then let go… work now???
if not, call Apple at 1800myiphone… if they cant fix it over the phone, they may refer you to an applestore or offer you a new iphone… facts of life… sorry
