In HTC Touch Pro Is There a Way for the Phone to Read Only the Contacts in the Phone?

I have a HTC Touch Pro and all my contacts are in my SIM Card. I already copied them to the phone\’s memory but now I have duplicates. I don\’t want to delete my contacts from the SIM and I want my contacts in the phone because of the options that gives you. In my old phone, HTC S710, you could choose which contacts your phone read. Is there a way to that in this one?

Hey Maria,
I have installed Mobile Shell 3.0 on mine so I can\’t tell you exactly how to find this on your phone, but when I go into my contact options, I did find an option to Hide Sim contacts. If you haven\’t tried Mobile Shell, you might want to look into it, you can download it for free for 15 days, it makes using this phone so much easier and more intuitive.
