reset your samsung galaxy II to factory reset. and u should get it back
You can d/load it from their website, using your internet browser on your phone. Google the website to find it.

Go to 4shared.com and type android market download apk in the search box. Download the Gingerbread market by clicking the link. Sync the data into your phone(if downloaded from PC). Restart your phone for full effect. And you should have the Android market back. I tried this on my Galaxy Y and it worked. Hope it does the same for you.(remember to download only apk file from 4shared for Android phones, nothing else because other formats aren’t compatible).
