Phone Questions
I have a rooted Android phone 2.2.3 that I tried installing a custom Rom on through Rom manager. The install didn’t take and now I can’t get into recovery. When I boot the phone up it get stuck on the M logo and does not do anything when I try and boot into recovery it just has the exclamation mark. Can anyone please help? Thank you.

Your going to need to flash your phone. I had a similar problem with the droid x back in the day and they make this cd you burn that you boot your computer into that will do it, but I’m not sure what phone you have. The best place to go for help with things like that is XDA Developers.
